Today’s find: Born from above
Today’s find: Stuck
We transplanted some Resurrection Lilies last week, just in time for Easter.
Suffice it to say, it’s not going well.
Today’s find: Ardent silence
Unsettling, isn’t it, to recall how “pandemic” took “pan de vida” away from most of us last year…
Today’s find: Haunted
“It was night,” writes the Evangelist in the gospel passage we hear on Tuesday of Holy Week.
I am haunted by that night.
Today’s find: Heavens
A fair sky gave good account of its vastness the other evening.
Today’s find: Solemnity
As Roman Catholics around the world celebrate the great feast of the Annunciation today, I am reminded of the visit we made on pilgrimage to the Church of the Annunciation in Nazareth two years ago…
Here’s a link to some reflections and photos I posted at that time:
And I am moved, also, today…to pray for the Christians who now live in Nazareth, and in all areas of the world where it is difficult to BE a Christian — on a feast day, or any other day of the week.
Let us remember that we are in the presence of the Holy & Merciful One.

Today’s find: Seeking wellness
The COVID vaccine tends to make beggars of us all – at least in my state of residence, and in my age-bracket.
Today’s find: Unclogging
Patience is a virtue, they say. But apparently NOT when one is waiting for a bathroom sink to drain.
Today’s find: Jerome
Meditating on the apostles’ mountaintop experience, I keep finding myself being drawn underground – to the writing grotto of St. Jerome in Bethlehem.
