Covid-19 claimed another piece of normalcy today, and I felt the reverberations in my “lizard brain.”
It’s never good when that happens – when I sense that my “fight or flight” reflex has been activated. Oddly, the trigger in this case was a trip to the grocery store.
A second cousin’s wedding provided the chance for a little extra quality time yesterday with my (slightly) elder brother.
I’ve noticed a definite uptick in the quantity of ‘white lace and promises’ around our house in recent weeks.
I guess you could say I like to stir things up.
